Innovation Architect at Innovatika – consulting company focused of product and business innovation. His deep background in innovation stems from his extensive experience working for Kraft Foods Poland (KFP), where he held various positions in finance and marketing and was primarily focused on product innovation strategies. Mr. Sawin has acted as an innovation consultant for numerous clients, including 3M, Polish Telecom, Citibank, Mepha, AkzoNobel, Siemens, Mars and Heinz, advising on the development of innovation strategies and innovation campaigns, the improvement of new product development processes, and the introduction of breakthrough products. He was involved in the development of many Innovatika’s products and services including Innovation Springboard, Product Thinkdom and Innovation Workout. Mr. Sawin is also an experienced trainer and facilitator: he has run workshop sessions in Europe, USA, Russia and South-East Asia for groups of as many as 300 people. He is one of the authors of “Open Futures – Operating System for Future Centers”, a book which summarizes the two years of research on collaborative working environments.

Tomasz is a co-founder, Managing Director and Chief Innovation Igniter of Innovatika, responsible for managing organisational innovation projects. He has specialized in innovation strategies, corporate renewal, knowledge and intellectual capital management. He has a passion for helping organizations and individuals discover their potential and reach their aspirations through better use of their intangible assets. He has been the architect and moderator of a series of management meetings called 'Roundtables of Knowledge Champions' creating a community of Polish business leaders interested in modern practices of knowledge and intellectual capital management (KM.ORG.PL). He has also initiated and coordinated an industry leader Consortium on Innovation Strategies and Global Expert Survey on Corporate Innovation. Through his consulting and research practice, he has already worked for many organizations in USA, Germany, France, Italy, India and Poland. His clients include 3M, Arthur Andersen, Bertelsmann Media, GlaxoSmithKline, Delta Faucet, Deutsche Bank Research, Deutsche Post World Net, Deutsche Telekom, Philips Lighting, Telekomunikacja Polska, Yoox.com and many more. Now he is dedicated 100% to new business development project in USA.

Experienced consultant in revenue generation, strategy and innovative business models. 17-year-experience gave her a wide opportunity to manage projects (some of them of a pioneering character) for a variety of companies and organizations like: Warsaw Stock Exchange, National Bank of Poland, Sun Microsystems, Londa, Wolters Kluwer, Ferrero, Lafarge, Poczta Polska, Platforma Obywatelska. She supports organizations in exploring opportunities to grow, building trust and openness, creating innovation climate, improving management of intellectual capital. In 2002 she got the MBA degree with distinction in Oxford Brookes University. Privately, she loves climbing mountains, skiing and travelling, keeps wondering when her children have become taller than herself and is just about to buy and ride a motorcycle.

She was responsible for successful launch or relauch of several brands that are still leaders of their respective markets. She has practical experience in numerous industries, including chemical, telecom and FMCG. She was in the jury of Superbrands Polska and National Sales Awards.

Since 1997, Laurent has worked in several international companies active in high-tech sectors such as aerospace, broadband communication, automotive, and biotechnology. He is passionate about innovation and technology. He has lead the development and commercialization of award-winning products. In his last role as the head of innovation in a 1700-person company that develops and produces innovative sensing systems, he was responsible for the company’s diversification strategies. Laurent supports companies to implement, improve, and manage their innovation and technology pipelines as well as their innovation and product development processes. He also works as a mentor for C-level managers to create the culture that fosters innovation.

One of the leading experts in the region in the field of CSR-driven innovation and social business models. His mission is to help companies stimulate revenue growth by embracing a strategic approach to CSR and clarifying the social mission of their brand. He has worked on strategic sustainability issues with clients such as Tchibo, Heidelberg Cement Poland and Allianz, both in Poland and Germany. He is the author of the “Green Allianz” project, which aims to cut CO2 emissions by 25% per employee by 2012 at Allianz Poland. He is an experienced lecturer in CSR related postgraduate studies, a coach and organizer of workshops and seminars on CSR 2.0 and sustainable innovation. He is also the co-author of postgraduate studies "Manager of CSR," organized at the University of Economics in Wroclaw. His articles on the latest CSR and Sustainable Business trends and solutions yet has been published in leading polish business and marketing magazines, like the Harvard Business Review Poland, Brief, Media & Marketing. Chairman of the Responsible Business Institute, a Think and Do Tank which operates in the spirit of social entrepreneurship and is dedicated to transforming social and environmental challenges in business solutions and market driven innovations. Founder and former director of the association ViaSustain, which was set up at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt Oder and deals with social entrepreneurship, renewable energy and sustainable development issues. As part of the project work ViaSustain collaborated with the authorities the City of Frankfurt Oder in the implementation of the Local Agenda 21 and was responsible for numerous Polish German projects on sustainable urban development. Member of the Working Group on Responsible Investment at the Polish Ministry of Economy which was set up within the Group for Corporate Social Responsibility appointed by the Prime Minister of Poland. He is also an expert on Corporate Social Responsibility at the biggest Polish Confederation of Private Employers. He is expecting his first child soon.
