Innovatika and Think Tank magazine carried out a debate about the methods of effective research on customer needs and creating innovations.
During the meeting we searched for a solution to every company’s problem – how to effectively ask customers what they really need and think about a company’s products or services.
The meeting took place on Tuesday, 16 February 2010, at the head office of PKPP Lewiatan at 6 Klonowa Street in Warsaw.
The starting point of the discussions were the propositions of Tony Ulwick’s book “What customers want” – the author of Outcome-Driven Innovation.
The debate was led by Kuba Karliński, Partner at Innovatika and Outcome-Driven Innovation practitioner.
